Bridal TRIAL and CONSULTATION

A trial is essential for the bride. It ensures that you are happy/confident with how you will look on your wedding day, that you don't have any sensitivities to the products used and that your big day will run smoothly.

I recommend trials are booked 2-6 months prior to your wedding day. I will come to your home address or anywhere that is convenient for you. Trials usually take 1-2 hours. If you already have ideas for your make up and hair, please have photos or magazines with you to show me. The style of your dress, colour/flower themes, how you normally wear your make up/hair will also be discussed and taken into consideration when creating your look.

Not only should you look fantastic and feel confident but your make up/hair also needs to be photo friendly and stay fresh looking throughout the day and evening.

Members of the bridal party may also attend but please allow an extra hour per person. Notes will be made on all products used and pictures will be taken so this can be referred to on the day.

Individual and strip false lashes are available at no extra cost! I also work with hair pieces / extensions which can be discussed at the trial.

Bridal ON THE DAY

On your wedding day I will arrive at the time and place agreed and will usually work on other members of the bridal party before the bride. I will work from the notes made at your trial and also listen to any ideas you may have had since. If I am doing your hair as well I will do this first. As well as styling hair I will also add the veil / tiara / hair accessories for yourself and the bridesmaids. I will leave you feeling confident and at your most beautiful – ready for the day/evening ahead.

Payment for your hair/make up trial is payable on the day. To secure a booking for your special day a £50 deposit is required, which is deducted from the final balance.

After one lesson you will have mastered a flawless daytime and glamorous evening look. Lessons can be for 1 or more people – prices on request. I can also go through your existing make up and advise if what you already have is right for you, plus the best ways to use it.
